Overview

McMickle, Kurey & Branch is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with a minimum of 2-4 years of insurance coverage experience (preferably focusing on third-party liability coverage). The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple partners handling a variety of third-party liability coverage matters. The role requires skilled litigation expertise, including legal research, writing, and the ability to represent insurers when litigation arises.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

  • 2+ years of experience as an attorney in a private law firm or clerkship.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling complex insurance matters.
  • Superb interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.

MKB's tort practice includes representing motor carriers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, as well as products liability, premises liability and other tort suits.
