job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFingerprinting required We are seeking a retail onboarding business analyst to support retail partner launches on our platform. In this role, you will execute our partner launch process to ensure the successful onboarding of 10+ retail partners, including running bulk tools to activate and empower stores, refreshing & auditing catalogs and stores, and tracking early performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to resolve launch roadblocks and collaborate with the broader retail team on quality, shopping experience, and merchandising improvements. Beyond execution, you will play an active role in refining how we launch partners by proposing process improvements and sharing insights from the field. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and eager to make an impact in driving scalable retail growth on our platform. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Prior work experience in operations, account management, or project coordination (retail, ecommerce, or marketplace experience a plus). - Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides); able to work with large spreadsheets and track detailed workflows. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple partner launches simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to take initiative - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and operations partners to identify and solve blockers to move retailer launches along - Process-oriented with critical thinking skills - proactively driving tasks forward and resolving blockers rather than waiting for direction. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where processes are evolving. Nice-to-Haves - Experience with or openness to using AI tools and lightweight scripts to automate tasks or generate insights. - Background in retail catalog management (catalog fields, item setup, product data accuracy). - Familiarity with bulk tools or backend systems for activating / maintaining retail partners.
