Copilot Studio Customer Engineer

A company is looking for a Copilot Studio and Extensibility Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customers in designing and architecting Copilot solutions, including task-based copilots and autonomous multi-agent systems

Guide the customization and extension of Copilot using plugins, custom connectors, and Azure AI services

Conduct technical workshops and provide best-practice guidance for integrating organizational data into Copilot-powered apps

Required Qualifications

15+ years of overall IT experience

7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and / or Azure cloud development, focusing on Copilot or AI-powered solutions

Proven experience with Copilot Studio and plugin design

Understanding of agentic AI patterns and their business applications

Ability to advise on low-code and pro-code extensibility across Power Platform and Azure
