Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : Commission + Benefits - - - Guaranteed Base Salary 1st 90 days!

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from initial consultation to final purchase. You will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
Negotiate prices and terms to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Stay current on dealership promotions, inventory, and pricing.

Qualifications :

Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed is highly desired.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Basic computer skills and experience with sales management software are preferred.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
