What You'll Do :

• Ensure Quality : Conduct nightly inspections across a variety of facilitiesindustrial, medical, office, retail, and moreto ensure services meet our high standards.
• Support & Collaborate : Work closely with Independent Contractors to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Client-Focused : Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency, escalating issues when needed and ensuring satisfaction at every step.
• Team Player : Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to meet client needs and support operational goals.
