Learning Coach

Role DescriptionThis is an in-person on-site role for a Learning Coach located in Miami, FL in the Coral Gables / Coconut Grove area. The Learning Coach will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students. This includes implementing Eardley Education's curriculum, communicating with professionals and other educators about student progress, and administering and interpreting progress monitoring data. Our learning coaches aren't just tutors, they help students develop essential cognitive skills for becoming independent learners. Strong candidates would be passionate about student success, be creative in finding engaging ways to work with students, and be respectful of students, families, and other staff.
