STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistician III (LGT3) to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS) planning and execution across the full life cycle of assigned systems.
Ensure effective implementation of all twelve elements of product support :
Product Support ManagementSupply SupportSustaining EngineeringMaintenance Planning & ManagementDesign InterfaceSupport EquipmentManpower & PersonnelIT Systems Continuous SupportFacilities & InfrastructurePackaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T)Technical DataTraining & Training SupportSupport NAVAIR weapon systems throughout various acquisition phases, with particular emphasis on sustaining systems in the Operations and Support phase.Develop, manage, and execute product support strategies that align with cost, schedule, and performance goals.Perform resource and budget planning for all logistics elements, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.Identify, assess, and communicate product support risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation strategies.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, operations research, IT, financial, and other specialists to ensure cohesive support strategies.Interface with government stakeholders, preparing and delivering clear, concise briefings and reports as required.Ensure compliance with DoD and NAVAIR policies, standards, and reporting requirements, including supportability metrics.Utilize DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) frameworks and best practices (Foundational or Advanced level preferred).Qualifications : Experience / Skills
10 Years of Integrated Product Support & Product Support Experience - RequiredExperience and / or understanding of all 12 Elements of Product Support, which consists of Product Support Management, Supply Support, Sustaining Engineering, Maintenance Planning & Management, Design Interface, Support Equipment, Manpower & Personnel, IT Systems Continuous Support, Facilities & Infrastructure, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation, Technical Data, and Training & Training Support - RequiredExperience supporting NAVAIR weapons systems in various phases of acquisition with heavy focus on managing the system to and through the Operations and Support phase - DesiredDAWIA LCL Foundational or Advanced Certification - DesiredCommunication and Briefing Skills - RequiredProduct Support Budget and Resource Planning Experience - RequiredSkilled at identifying and communicating Product Support risks and opportunities - RequiredExperience leading cross-functional (Engineering, Logistics / Product Support, Ops Research, Scientists, Mathematicians, IT Specialists, Financial, etc.) personnel that make up the Product Support team - RequiredEducation. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University – RequiredSecurity Clearance Required : TS / SCIPerformance Location.
