NEEDING TO INTERVIEW SOMEONE ASAP! This client is located in Tinley Park, IL

Job Description

• Monitoring between 60-70 accounts.
• Follow up with customer on payment status or past due invoices, handling “easy accounts”, not a lot of digging or hounding
• Invoice uploading will be required so need some data entry / processing skills
• Responsible for check runs that happen once a week. Stuff envelopes and stamp the outgoing checks, as well as maintain the incoming US Mail.
• Some communication with the internal team to resolve issues.
• Mixture between emails and phone calls.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50 / hr.
