Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to enhance AI interactions and customer satisfaction
Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to messaging systems
Identify bottlenecks and shape technical roadmaps for prompt engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a startup
Technologically adept with a systems thinking approach
Data-driven with familiarity in SQL
Ownership of metrics and a focus on continuous improvement
Passionate about AI and its application in customer communications
