Supplier Operations Manager, Infrastructure Services

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and motivated leader to join the Infrastructure Services Business Operations - Global Purchasing Operations (GPOPs) team as an Infrastructure Supplier Operations Manager. This team is responsible for Apple Data Center (DC) supplier operations within Infrastructure Services and works collaboratively with multi-functional teams to improve the supply chain process and develop innovative fulfillment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the implementation of technologies to improve supplier operations tools.
- Work cross functionally with managers to review requirements, schedules and analysis to ensure objectives are met for delivery of data center hardware and commodities.
- Accountable to provide the team's strategy and direction; providing guidance and mentorship to achieve individual self-development goals.
- Oversee and drive the implementation of technologies to improve efficiencies.
- Work closely with finance, purchasing, asset management, approvers, and vendors to ensure orders move quickly through all phases.
- Propose strategies on how to improve the vendor experience as well as internal databases and the delivery of infrastructure requirements.
- Lead the collaborative ownership, definition and creation of the entire suite of reporting for operations requirements; which will drive actionable insights on ordering and deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years experience in a leadership capacity from vendor operations, data center supply chain or program management.Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)Proficiency in advanced Excel(e.g., PivotTable creation, V-Lookups, INDEX / MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas etc.)Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with data centers, technical components and structure of a server or similar products, supply chain, logistics, or vendor management processes.VBA, Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization toolsProfessional experience working in complex supply chain tools and meta data files.Experience contributing to efforts to improve internal tools and leveraging software to improve efficiency in data management / reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity.Manage multiple supplier relationships and supplier data within internal toolsProven ability to work effectively with multiple partners across a variety of business unitsExperience presenting to senior leadership.
