AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team!
One of the Industry's BEST Compensation Packages. Earning potential is unlimited through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, with competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs to help your agency's development. Complementary lead programs linked to our membership databases.
Education / Training Bonus : $4,000 (paid once 4 week virtual education program is complete)
Launch Bonus : $15,000 (paid once candidate launches fully compliant AAA branded agency)
Marketing Reimbursement : Up to $15k year 1; first 36 months measured quarterly; up to $150k bonus potential per month. Starts in year 3 (month 25). Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month.
Strong Support Throughout the Process : The EA model is designed to serve members' needs with a structured onboarding, deployment plan, comprehensive education, and growth resources. Recruiters review specifics with you.
Agency Ownership Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You'll bring business or industry-relevant experience and have a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You'll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a defined, loyal client base.
Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. AAA Membership provides access to trusted roadside assistance and savings opportunities across dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care.
Property and casualty insurance offerings include Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated carriers helps serve a wide variety of needs. (varies by state)
You'll offer life products including Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company holds an A- rating from A.M. Best.
