General Labor - Manufacturing Associate (1st & 3rd Shift)

Location : Holland, MI

A long-standing Holland company (30+ years in the community) is hiring General Labor / Manufacturing Conveyance Associates on both 1st and 3rd shift. This is a great evaluation-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term career potential.

Job Highlights

  • Pay : $17.00 / hr (1st shift) | $19.55 / hr (3rd shift)
  • Shifts Available :

1st Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm

  • 3rd Shift : Sunday-Thursday, 10 : 15pm-6 : 15am
  • Schedule : Consistent 40+ hours per week
  • Type : Evaluation-to-hire (long-term opportunity with the company)

    • Responsibilities

    As a Manufacturing Conveyance Associate, you will :

  • Safely move, lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk and stand for 8-12 hours during your shift.
  • Support production and warehouse operations to keep workflow running smoothly.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environment.

    • Requirements

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience.
  • Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, walking, standing).
  • Dependable attendance and reliability-attendance is critical for success.
