Candidate should have a strong emphasis on

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation, identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Pull and analyse reports to support both operations and accounting teams
  • Perform routine data entry and data analysis related to inventory, purchases, financials, and import tracking

    • Operational Support

  • Provide daily assistance to supply chain and logistics teams
  • Provide weekly shipping schedules to customers
  • Customer information data entry
  • Sample request and tracking

    • Accounts Payable

  • Perform 3-way match (PO, invoice, and receiving) to ensure accurate billing
  • Enter bills into the accounting system and verify for accuracy
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies

    • Communication & Multitasking

  • Handle and prioritize a high volume of email communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests
  • Take initiative on assignments and follow through

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an accounting, operations, and / or logistics support role
  • Solid knowledge of transportation, imports, and supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with international shipping documentation and Incoterms
  • Proven accounts payable experience
  • Strong background in inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, etc.)
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and stay on top of deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of handling a high volume of emails with clarity and efficiency
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement
