About Us

We are an established restaurant group with a strong reputation for bringing thoughtful, well-defined concepts to life. Our newest project, an Alpine-inspired restaurant in a high-traffic Brooklyn neighborhood, has already been warmly embraced by the local community, media, and culinary enthusiasts. With exciting new programs and continued growth on the horizon, we are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen.

The Role

We seek a dynamic leader—whether you’re an experienced and talented Sous Chef ready to step into the spotlight—who thrives on creativity, discipline, and teamwork. You should bring a strong foundation in both classic and modern European cookery, with an emphasis on refined French techniques and Alpine flavors. Just as importantly, you bring an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to manage costs, and the vision to grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the production of inventive, flavorful, and memorable cuisine that reflects our Alpine inspiration.

Develop and refine menus, recipes, plating, and preparation standards, balancing creativity with cost control.

Build and oversee a top-tier catering and events program.

Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff through hands-on leadership and clearly set standards.

Manage purchasing, inventory, labor, and budgeting to meet financial goals.

Ensure a safe, sanitary, and professional working environment.

Partner with ownership to develop kitchen manuals, training guides, and cross-departmental support for FOH operations.

Contribute actively to leadership meetings and strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For

A proven leader in the NYC dining scene, with experience running or supporting high-level kitchens.

Deep knowledge of European culinary traditions, particularly French and Alpine influences, with a modern creative edge.

A collaborative mindset and ability to set a positive tone for the kitchen team.

Strong organizational and financial management skills, with the ability to create systems that drive efficiency and profitability.

A genuine passion for hospitality and the desire to help shape one of Brooklyn’s standout dining destinations.
