Associate Attorney- Labor and Employment

Ideal experience :

• 3+ years defense litigation, preferably including toxic tort and / or products liability matters
• Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
• Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required
• Admitted in the State Bar of California
• Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed
