The Impact You\'ll Make in this Role

As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Supervise and manage all functions involved in the production of products in a safe and economical fashion. Responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee morale and productivity.
• Train employees on all aspects of the manufacturing processes and operations. Provide employees with proper tools, equipment and information including any changes that may affect their work. Ensure a safe work environment by reviewing production standards, OSHA requirements, and recognizing and resolving safety-related problems.
• Organize and implement cost reduction programs to ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment. Review operating costs, determine production waste, and recommend cost saving strategies and implements cost reduction programs.
• Review product quality of functional and physical specifications to meet customer requirements. Utilize available resources to resolve process, maintenance, equipment and / or related technical problems. Oversee changeovers to achieve maximum efficiency. Analyze and interpret statistical data and charts to identify trends and determine improvement plans. Communicate and follow up on quality concerns and process / operational changes with appropriate staff.

Compensation and Benefits

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
