About The Position

Esperanza Health Centers -

  • Full Time
  • Friday with 1 Saturday shift a month
  • Employed
  • New Graduates Welcome to Apply
  • Languages Required : Spanish
  • Average Patients seen : 2.6 / hour
  • Call Schedule : Rotating weekend call
  • Loan Repayment

Compensation : - $200,000 - $222,000 based on experience

  • Productivity and Quality Metric Bonuses

  • Practices evidence-based, cost-effective primary care in a team-based model
  • Makes appropriate diagnoses and prescribes appropriate prescriptions and referrals
  • Manage care by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments, and providing patient education
  • 4 day clinic schedule with 1 day for admin time
  • Only requires 1 Saturday shift per month
  • Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) required
