• Education : The Revenue Cycle Credentialing Specialist must be a high school graduate with an associate’s degree or higher. Must have organizational secretarial skills with at least two years’ experience.
• Training and Experience : Two years’ experience in the clerical / medical field with excellent organizational and computer skills. Ability to analyze data, perform multiple tasks and work independently. Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle operations.
• Job Knowledge : Must be knowledgeable of the medical field with special reference to medical staff credentialing process and knowledge of regulatory standards. Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

Physical Effort : Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned office. Sits and types on computer. Bending involved when filing. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
