(ARNG) System Engineer

Summary CTC Group is seeking  System Engineers  to support the Army National Guard by developing, managing, and sustaining C5 / C6ISR systems by overseeing architecture, integrating design changes, managing risks, performing verification and validation, providing field support and training, coordinating spares, and leveraging modeling and simulation to ensure operational readiness and mission success.

Locations Fort Belvoir, VA :

• (MIRC) Military Intelligence Readiness Command Camp Lejeune, NC Indianapolis, IN Camp Pendleton, CA MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA Kaneohe Bay, HI Responsibilities Develop, refine, and manage system requirements and architecture for C5 / C6ISR systems.
• Conduct system verification, validation, and risk management, maintaining risk databases and mitigation plans.
• Provide Logistics, Sustainment, and Life Cycle Sustainment (CONUS and OCONUS) support for intelligence systems, including deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware, software, and GFE.
• Execute Technical Insertion efforts by integrating, testing, and fielding Multi-Intelligence (MI) solutions, Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs), and new technical initiatives, leveraging DevSecOps and cloud-based deployment practices.
• Lead Prototyping Integration activities, including the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, firmware, and COTS / GOTS products into prototypes and existing systems.
• Develop and utilize Modeling & Simulation (M&S) for integrated cyberspace, MI, EW, ISR, and emerging capabilities to support rapid prototyping, immersive training, lifecycle assessments, and INFOSEC impact analysis.
• Research, assess, and implement Technology and Innovation solutions to modernize ARNG G-2 operations, enhance MI data management, improve cybersecurity, and enable secure interoperability across networks.
• Collaborate across functional teams to ensure systems, prototypes, and technologies meet operational requirements, maintain compliance with regulations, and support readiness objectives.
• Preferred Requirements Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS / SCI security clearance.
• Location and opening determine the clearance requirement.
• Prior ARNG G-2 experience to support intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with Army, DoD, and IC directives in the execution of ISR, multi-INT analysis, and security compliance.
• Junior Qualifications Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
• Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
• Work is performed under supervision.
• Journeyman Qualifications Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.

• Senior Qualifications Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• May supervise others.
• SME Qualifications Provides technical / management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
