Key Responsibilities :
Consults with members to identify needs and offers solutions
Processes member transactions and maintains account information with accuracy
Recommends additional products and services based on member interactions
Required Qualifications :
2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products / services
Working knowledge of applicable laws and compliance practices
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and remote communication tools
High School Diploma or equivalent
