Nursing Facility Assistant Administrator

Harvest Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking to hire an Assistant Administrator. The Assistant Administrator will support the Facility Administrator in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and compassion.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing facility operations and departmental functions
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs
• Supervise staff performance and ensure adequate staffing
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Help implement policies and procedures to improve resident care and satisfaction

Qualifications :

Must hold a valid Administrators license in the state of Louisiana issued by LABENFA.

Minimum of 1 year of healthcare or long-term care experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
