Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will assist the Studio Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio while helping people improve their lives through the benefits of yoga. Your responsibilities will include sales, studio growth, member retention, customer service, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the studio is operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, health-oriented, results-driven and outgoing person with a passion for yoga, health and fitness.
Responsibilities :
- Manage lead generation goals, leading to increased membership sales.
- Manage lead flow and sales processes.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established. Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production.
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions.
- Build relationships with Prospects and Members to help them achieve their goals.
- Ensure all studio policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with hiring and training staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner.
- Gain proficiency in studio software to perform data analytics.
- Ensure the studio is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of retail / service sales experience is required; fitness sales experience strongly preferred.
- Fridays, Sundays and some evenings are required.
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required.
- High energy, personable, positive, detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
