Lead Supply Chain Program Management Analyst

In this position, you will lead supply chain program management across Ford Model E and Ford Blue programs. You will be responsible for all supply chain deliverables throughout the forward model product development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include managing the work plan rollup of program commodity planning, sourcing, supplier quotation, and sourcing contract processes. You will align with cross-functional teams on surrogate and control model selection, coordinate SALT assumption inputs from PD, and achieve sourcing work plans. Additionally, you will coordinate input from supply chain and finance to support program financial requirements and represent supply chain in NML forums.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, business, or engineering, along with 3+ years of supply chain experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills are essential, as well as superior organizational skills. Commercial business acumen, knowledge of Ford systems and processes, and purchasing experience are preferred.
