Are you a creative print designer who loves bringing ideas to life on paper? Join a fast-growing professional services company with a strong residential focus that’s investing heavily in its brand and marketing presence. As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Part-Time Print Designer to support our in-house team and help shape the visual story of our business.

Important : This role is FULLY ONSITE at our Fairfield County, CT headquarters

Part-Time : 15–24 hours per week with the potential to become full-time in the future (pending budget and performance).

Pay rate range of $32-38 / hour on W2.

What You’ll Do

As our Print Designer, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality, print-focused materials that connect with our customers and partners. You’ll own projects from start to finish, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision across all deliverables, including :

Direct mail, envelopes, packages, letters, and inserts

Large-format postcards and brochures for partners

Sales collateral, in-house signage, and billboard signage

Banner stands, conference displays, and other print assets

While this role is primarily print-focused , you may occasionally support digital design projects, including display ads or social media graphics.

What We’re Looking For

Strong expertise in print design and production , with a deep understanding of mechanical layouts, templates, and file preparation (dye lines, slug lines, safe areas, etc.).

Ability to create full mechanical files from scratch when needed.

Detail-oriented designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate schedules independently.

Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can confidently own projects.
