SUMMARY : Groundfloor is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to own and drive our customer and user acquisition engine within the Lending Business Unit. This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage from the sidelines; you’ll be in the weeds building campaigns, testing new channels, and optimizing performance every day. At the same time, you’ll be setting the vision, scaling processes, and building a team that can match your pace.
You’ll partner tightly with Leadership, Sales, Revenue Operations, and the Operations teams to deliver campaigns that move the needle on pipeline and revenue.
