Active CPA license required. 10+ years of current progressive audit experience in public accounting. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB and internal control frameworks. Demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills. Experience with SEC broker and dealers, and investment company fund audits is a plus. Position Overview :
As an Audit Income Partner, you will be responsible for helping to manage and expand the firm’s audit and assurance services. You will lead audit engagements, oversee quality control, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is ideal for a senior audit professional who is ready to step into a leadership position with profit-sharing potential and a path to equity partnership.

Client Engagement & Service Delivery
- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB etc.).
