Position Overview
We are looking for a Medical Operations & Product Support Specialist. This role is a critical bridge connecting the company, clinical customers (hospitals, medical centers), and the internal team. You will be primarily responsible for providing back end medical product information support, assisting in educational activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of or a strong interest in the medical device field, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic international team focused on cutting-edge medical technology.
Key Responsibilities
Medical & Product Support (50%)
- Serve as an internal resource for medical product information support, assisting in the preparation of technical documentation, clinical literature compilation, and training materials.
- Assist in handling daily product inquiries from US clinical clients (hospitals, medical centers), coordinating with internal resources to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Manage and maintain product-related customer files, clinical support records, and key documents.
- Coordinate internal communication with headquarters and the Tennessee branch to ensure the accurate flow of medical and product information.
Academic & Clinical Activity Support (40%)
Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in online academic seminars and international industry conferences (e.g., ASTRO), responsible for pre-event medical material preparation and post-event follow-up.Under the guidance of senior colleagues, prepare presentations and product technical materials for clinical education events and physician training.Conduct preliminary collection and organization of medical market intelligence, including competitor clinical activities, academic publications, and industry trends.Manage post-event distribution of academic materials and perform initial collation of feedback from clinical users.Operations & Administrative Support (10%)
Assist the branch with the organization of basic financial documents to support company operations.Assist the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth backend office operations.Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements :
Location : Must reside in or near Memphis, Tennessee, with a stable home-office environment.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare, medical device, biotech industry, or a related field. Experience in clinical support, Medical Affairs assistance, product specialist roles, or hospital operations is highly preferred.Skills : Excellent communication and attention to detail, with a strong service mindset and learning agility.Language : Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting international academic conferences, medical education programs, or clinical training events.Basic understanding or strong interest in radiosurgery, neurosurgery, or oncology therapeutic areas.Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and independently from home.We Offer
