Operate various forklifts, including Reach, Sit-Down, and EPJ. Lead by example on the floor, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. Support team members with day-to-day tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed. Monitor workflow to ensure operational goals and deadlines are achieved. Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement. Minimum 3 years of forklift experience (Reach, Sit-Down, and EPJ required). Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work long shifts.
Distribution Lead
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Lead to join our team and support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on working lead role, responsible for both leading a team and performing operational tasks.
