Director of Finance Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Operations to lead financial operations across multiple US-based manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the finance function across multiple US-based manufacturing facilities

Partner with plant leadership to drive operational performance and profitability

Lead cost accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred

10+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior role

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Proven leadership experience in a multi-site operational finance role

Experience in a private equity-backed or growth-stage manufacturing company
