Trusts and Estates Attorney

Amundsen Davis LLC is seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney to work in the firm's Milwaukee or Brookfield, WI office.

Responsibilities

Prepare sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth individuals, including planning for fiduciary income tax returns. Draft and file related documents and work closely with clients, attorneys, and tax professionals to customize plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wisconsin.
• Seven or more years of experience customizing sophisticated estate plans for clients.
• Strong writing skills, solid work ethic, and ability to work well on a team.
• Experience with fiduciary income tax returns preferred; a tax background or desire to work on taxable estates is a plus.
