A+ Powersports Technician Needed

About the Role :

The Motorcycle / Powersports Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of motorcycles and other powersports vehicles. This position involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and executing complex repairs to meet manufacturer standards. The technician will work closely with customers and team members to provide expert advice and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal motorcycle or powersports technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a motorcycle or powersports technician with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
