Experience : New graduates are acceptable. Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

License : Valid state license required.

Certifications : Valid CPR certification required.

Must-Have : Complete the prescreening process. Resume and license verification must be attached upon submission.

Description :

Confirm that the prescreening form is filled out and attached upon submission.

The resume and license verification also need to be attached.

Failure to complete and attach these items will result in the candidate being declined.

Candidates must have a Covid test completed 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours before starting.

A state license verification is required.

A resume is required.

Three references are needed.

A county criminal background check for the last seven years for all counties lived and worked is required.

A federal criminal background check for seven years or more is required.

A multi-state criminal search for seven years or more is required.

A nationwide sex offender search for seven years or more is required.

HHS / OIG search is required.

GSA search is required.

A social security number trace is required.

A one-step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of a positive PPD with a chest X-ray is required.

SAM search is required.
