Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, rotating Employment Type : Travel Title : CT Technologist Location : Glen Burnie, MD Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 3x12-Hour Night Shift (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend (rotating Fri–Sun and Sat–Mon) Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Perform a wide range of CT imaging procedures across various body systems including : Abdomen & Pelvis (contrast and non-contrast) Head & Neck (including trauma and soft tissue) Spine & Musculoskeletal (cervical, lumbar, thoracic) Chest & Vascular imaging (e.g., PE studies, CTA, coronary angiography) Special Procedures (e.g., coronary CTA, drainage) Operate Siemens CT equipment Perform image post-processing : MPR, 3D rendering, ROI measurement Administer and prepare contrast media Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards Work in high-acuity settings including ED, ICU, Level I Trauma, and Pediatric Acute Care Document using Epic charting system Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., respiratory, pharmacy, IV team) Required Certifications : ARRT (CT) BLS Maryland or Compact State Radiology License (active at time of submission) Preferred Experience : Previous charge experience Experience in teaching and community hospital settings Familiarity with Level I and II trauma centers Prior LTAC and travel experience Additional Notes : Must float within hospital as needed On-call required Local candidates within 50 miles not accepted About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies : Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) , proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
