We are seeking a customer service professional with an excellent track record of order expediting and customer care. This highly organized individual will work from our San Francisco gallery, and will be responsible for order expediting and CS in multiple COUP D'ETAT locations.
Responsibilities
Processing customer orders via the ERP system, creating purchase orders and payment confirmation documents
Ensure all order details are reviewed and finalized including drawings for approval and product specifications
Maintain accurate order status, lead-time and order delivery reports
Liaise with line and artist vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of all orders
Coordinate and / or track all shipping logistics for completed orders
Ensure customer and product related service issues are documented, resolved and completed to an exemplary conclusion
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and product information for all COUP D'ETAT representative brands
Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of experience in an industry related customer experience or expediting role
Hands on experience with ERP software (Proficient in Netsuite or Salesforce a plus)
Proficient in Word and Excel
Highly proficient email correspondence and communication skills
Ability to quickly and accurately process high volumes of transactions
Ability to effectively manage rapidly changing priorities without compromising quality or thoroughness
Proactive problem solving skills and initiative
Proven methods of effective follow-up to creating trust and strong relationships with customers and vendors
Must respond well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
