Overview Pizza Hut is looking for a customer-obsessed Senior User Experience Researcher who is passionate about understanding people and translating insights into meaningful product decisions. As part of the US UXD team, you’ll support technology and product teams by uncovering the motivations, behaviors, and needs of our customers, internal users, and franchise partners. Your work will inform customer-centered solutions across all US digital products including PizzaHut.com, the Pizza Hut mobile app, and internal tools that drive franchise success.
