A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support account maintenance and contribute to revenue growth in the Business Aviation division.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in contract renewals, account maintenance, and onboarding of accounts
Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction during the renewal process
Collaborate with teams to maximize customer retention and support sales strategies
Required Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
Ability to process data and provide insights for account management and sales activities
Capability to identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance client experiences
Willingness to adapt to new systems and processes, with a desire to learn and grow
