Job Summary :

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision and guidance to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

Duties :

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide training, guidance and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers

Pay : $75,000 - $95,000 annually

Expected hours : 40 per week
