Pay : $20-24 / hour DOE
Location : On-site at Clifton Rd., Atlanta, GA
Summary :
Seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to support outpatient surgical operations through efficient care coordination, appointment scheduling, and exceptional patient service. This onsite role offers immediate start, free parking, and the opportunity for career growth within a reputable organization. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the patient experience by serving as the primary point of contact and liaising closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in patient care coordination or surgery scheduling
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience using EPIC preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Able to pass drug screening and background check
