About Our Client

Our client is a Multifamily Builder in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. They have $200M in project backlog coming up and are looking to add a talented Project Manager to join the team.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites. Monitor project progress and address any challenges proactively. Prepare and present regular project updates to leadership teams. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Lead and mentor project team members to achieve successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in construction project management within the business services industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Effective communication and leadership skills to engage with various stakeholders. A commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards are met consistently.
