Appraisal Licensed Valuations Analyst

A company is looking for a Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties acquired.

Key Responsibilities

Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions

Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budget, and construction strategy

Ensure accuracy of property valuations across the US and meet turnaround objectives for all valuations

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property valuations / underwriting

Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
