Case mix : general and colorectal, OB&GYN, uro, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI
No heads / neuro, no traumas, no open hearts
Supervision ratio is 1 / 2.5
OT expected Second call optional
5 anesthesia sites
Practice model : 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs
Charting is paper and pen
