Senior Accountant – Hybrid in Austin, TX

• ???? Salary Range : $90,000–$115,000
• ???? Hybrid Schedule : 2–3 days / week onsite

We’re partnering with a growing company to hire a Senior Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of core accounting functions and contribute to a high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help build scalable processes that support growth.

What You’ll Do

Support full-cycle accounting : general ledger, AR / AP, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash management

Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements

Maintain revenue tracking and billing processes using QuickBooks and Bill.com

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses

Help ensure GAAP compliance and support internal controls

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and reporting enhancements

Work within ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Syspro, and financial tools such as OneStream or Hyperion

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong hands-on skills with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting platforms

Experience in industries such as professional services, healthcare, logistics, or consumer goods

Public accounting experience is a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills

Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
