A company is looking for a Director of Leadership Development to transform leadership within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Unify U.S. and India teams to create a high-performing global HR team

Design and implement impactful leadership programs for various leadership levels

Lead advanced leadership assessments to identify and develop high-potential talent

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Advanced training in leadership methodologies or executive coaching

Certifications such as Executive Coach (ICF) or Korn Ferry Leadership Architect are preferred

Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms, and leadership assessment tools
