Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health
Universal Health Services is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric unit at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. This is a 15 bed inpatient adult psych unit. The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He / she provides managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. He / she contributes to the facility through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, participation on the treatment team(s).
The Nurse Manager :
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for hiring, developing, and managing nursing personnel in rendering patient care for assigned areas that include the Behavioral Health unit. Duties include assuring compliance with regulatory agencies; assists with budget processes, marketing services, identify learning needs, ensuring competency and delivering quality and cost-effective care. May work staff nurse when needed. Performs all duties with accord to the mission, vision, and values of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
