Traffic Clerk

Lead and develop a team responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments. Oversee daily operations by planning and directing driver assignments, including check-in, dock door assignments, and check-out upon load completion. This role operates on a Monday Friday, 6 : 00AM 2 : 30PM shift, offering steady hours and the opportunity to guide a team that keeps freight moving smoothly and efficiently.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of a Traffic Clerk team
• Ensure the team is providing timely follow-up on all issues or concerns
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation to verify shipping / receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
• Partner with operations and transportation to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (if applicable)
• Communicate concerns and route reports to appropriate team members
• Provide ongoing training to team members as needed

Pay Range : $21.15 - $36.25
