Experienced Furniture & Appliance Salesperson

Farm and Home Hardware & Appliance is looking for an experienced Furniture and Appliance Salesperson to join our growing team. We carry leading brands like La-Z-Boy, Smith Brothers, Mavin, Ashley, Sealy, GE, LG, and Bosch, and we're looking for someone who can deliver the product knowledge, professionalism, and energy our customers expect.

What You'll Do

  • Engage customers with a warm, knowledgeable, and consultative sales approach.
  • Drive sales of furniture, mattresses, and appliances while meeting / exceeding monthly goals.
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge across multiple categories.
  • Provide accurate quotes, financing options, and follow-up to close sales.
  • Ensure the showroom floor is inviting, well-merchandised, and customer-ready.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in furniture, appliance, or big-ticket retail sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting / exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, listening, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours (weekends required).
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
