Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Tadeo & Silva team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Immigration Law. This role involves providing legal support to clients, conducting thorough legal research, and assisting in the drafting of legal documents. The Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of legal representation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Law, with 3-5 years of experience in deportation / removal defense.
- Excellent writing skills for effective legal drafting and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and court representations.
- Experience in federal litigation is a plus, but not required.
- Spanish is not required.
