What You’ll Do
As our HR Services Specialist , you’ll play a key role in supporting associates and ensuring smooth HR operations. You’ll be responsible for :
Workers’ Compensation & Claims : Process reported claims, communicate with adjusters, and guide associates through the process.
Payroll Administration : Support weekly payroll processing, maintain accuracy in records, and provide backup processing support.
Benefits Administration : Assist with medical, dental, life, and retirement plans; answer associate questions; and manage benefit record updates.
HR Team Support : Back up recruiting efforts during busy periods and maintain HRIS systems (UKG).
What You’ll Bring
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
High school diploma required; bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred
What You’ll Get
Starting pay : $26.50 / hour (based on experience)
