• We are hiring immediately for full time GUEST SERVICES AGENT positions.
• Location : Fried Frank Catering - One New York Plaza, New York, NY 10004 Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Corporate B&I experience preferred.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range : $25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Checks guests in and / or out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
