About the Role
North Shore Pain Management is seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained Pain Management physician to join our growing, highly regarded interventional pain practice with offices in Beverly and Woburn, Massachusetts. As part of our team, youll deliver advanced, evidence-based care with a personalized, multidisciplinary approach.
Success in this role means providing high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care while collaborating with a team of experienced providers, physician assistants, and clinical staff. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in our fully equipped, office-based procedural suite
- Collaborate with referring physicians, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and other care providers to support patient progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation through our EMR system
- Educate patients and families about treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term care goals
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical practice development initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard-certifiedand fellowship trained in Pain Management / AnesthesiologyFellowship training in interventional pain management (anesthesia, PM&R, or neurology backgrounds welcome)Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)Proven clinical proficiency in image-guided spine and peripheral pain proceduresStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative, team-based careExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered careWhat We Offer
